I've just discovered that annotations can be created as model-level objects in ERwin 9.5, and they can therefore be placed on multiple diagrams. That means text and style revisions apply everywhere the annotation appears -- a wonderfully useful feature. But, understandably, a model converted from v7.3 has its annotations all represented as shapes. Many of those "shape" annotations represent the same thing in multiple diagrams, such as colour key examples in legends for the diagrams.
I haven't been able to find it, but is there a way to convert a shape to an annotation? I know I could start from scratch and create new annotations to replace them, but starting with a straight conversion of some existing annotations would be a real help.
