    Hi Dave,

I could not locate a known issue like you described.  One suggestion would be to see if this problem occurs in a different model like emovies.  That could isolate if the problem is specific to erwin r9.64.2 or the model itself.  My other suggestion is to please open a new ticket or chat session on https://erwinhelp.zendesk.com and work with one of our support engineers about it.  You may want to describe the ALT-Arrow key technique in more detail because at first glance that is not clear to me.

    Best Regards,

    Matt

By "ALT-Arrow", I am referring to the following:

    - When modifying a diagram, click on a table to select it

    - To move the table in any direction by a pixel at a time, hold down the ALT key and press one of the arrow keys indicating the direction you want the table to be moved.

Once you save, close, and re-open the model, the problem is that Erwin is not saving the new location of the table in the diagram.  If you move the table using any other method such as clicking and dragging with the mouse, or using the Alignment menu items, it does save the new location correctly.

    Very interesting find!

You can also verify this by looking at the Action Log Pane (CTRL-L). When you move the entity holding the ALT key down no entry is made in the Action Log. Move the entity using the mouse and a Set Object Location transaction is registered.
