what is your definition of 'properly'?  What are you seeing vs what are you expecting to see?

I want to see the columns in the table displayed.  They are not being displayed.

Happened all of a sudden.   Not sure if I changed a setting or not, but need to figure out what changed.

What version of ERwin are you using?   Can you post a picture of what you are getting in the column editor?

So, you're familiar with the tool.  If you right-click on a table, you have multiple options, such as table and column editor options, where you can add Comments to the table or column.  The column editor displays all the columns in the selected table, the columns are not displaying for some reason.  I must have changed a setting or something.

I have 9.64 as well and looking at a DB2 model I see all columns I-on the diagram and in the editor.  I do not see anything that indicates that there is an option or setting that you could have changed by accident.

Is it for all tables or just one?

    Try this...

    1. right mouse on white space and in the display editor, click on the Table tab.

    2. check the checkbox to show the columns as a grid (first check box). this will change you diagram to show col info as a grid.

    3. uncheck it to return to previous view.  If already checked, un check it an recheck it.

    4. close the view editor and then try the table editor again?  Try both double clicking the table, and right mouse to open the table editor.   Did that help?  (probably not as just a long shot.

if happening on all tables, possible that model is corrupted, in which case try blowing it out to XML and rebuilding it from the xml file.

if happening on just one table, try recreating the table .

Hope this helps.  If not please upload a screen shot of what you see in the table editor.

    Cheers!

Thanks for the suggestion, but it still didn't work.   I had tried uninstalling, re-installing, rebooting, repairing, everything!.  My table editor opened with issues, my logical column and table editors opened without issues.  Erwinsupport sent me a sample model called emovies.  I opened the sample model called emovies and the physical column editor displayed properly.  But that was a SQL Server model, not an Oracle model (which I was using), that got me to thinking about the settings of the Oracle column editor Navigator property settings.  So that’s when I checked the Oracle settings in regedit.  Mine were negative, so I checked a co-worker’s settings.  Hers were 186, 175 or something like that.  I modified the settings, restarted my computer and hallelujah!!  It worked!!!!!

    Cheers!
