Would like to have both 32-bit and 64-bit Erwin r9.64.02 on the same machine

    We have the same concern.

Can we hope that 64 bit ERwin will be able to interact with 32 bit Excel without having to muck around with multiple intalls, registry entries, etc

I believe that is wishful thinking!

Per Microsoft, "32-bit processes cannot load 64-bit DLLs for execution, and 64-bit processes cannot load 32-bit DLLs for execution. This restriction does not apply to DLLs loaded as data files or image resource files."

Be forewarned, installing a 64-bit version of Excel will not immediately solve your problem either. At the very least you need to tweak your code to support 64-bit variables. Worst case scenario you can't upgrade because your workbook uses 32-bit controls (e.g listview, treeview, etc) that Microsoft never released a 64-bit version of, unless of course you license 64-bit controls from a 3rd party and change your code as needed.

There is software that can track an installation and tell you what changed in your system. You could probably ask someone in your IT department to run it for both installations and create scripts that would allow you to switch between them. Not something I imagine Erwin would want to support though...

There is not a way to do that according to the design.  I can tell you that I have erwin 64-bit OS installed on my own Windows 10 system and a copy of the 32-bit OS erwin in a different directory.  I can launch the 32-bit erwin by double-clicking the erwin.exe file but I do not believe that is what you are seeking.  It is also a limited installation in that some functionality will not work in the 32-bit copy.
