The Support Portal is where you can find Knowledge Base articles, create and manage support service requests (tickets), access product software and documentation, and more.

How to open a new service request (ticket).
To open a new service request, you have two options:
• Support Portal - https://support.quest.com/create-service-request
• Telephone - contact Support and customer service will create your service request.
NOTE: For all open tickets created before Friday 4th June, the support team will be in touch with you via our new ticketing system. You do not need to re-create a new ticket for an existing one.
