User sometimes cannot login to our support site may get one of the following messages:
Password does not work,
Site does not respond,
Incorrect user name and password even though they just logged in.
This is most likely because of erwin and our 3rd party (Zendesk.com) cookies not allowed
Please try the following:
- Cleared all erwin cookies.
- Explicitly authorized cookies from [*.]erwin.com
- Explicitly authorized cookies from [*.]zendesk.com
- Explicitly authorized cookies from [*.]erwin.com
- Explicitly authorized cookies from [*.]zendesk.com
Also try to open on a different browser if possible,
We have noticed that this usually happens after recent browser update took place.
