After a new install of erwin Mart Server or after completion of an upgrade from an older version of Mart, when trying to access the Mart Administrator page, page does not load with the following error:
Trying to connect to Mart from Data Modeler Application shows error:
"Mart Server is not reachable please check network and mart service health"
One potential cause of the "Error 0" error is accidentally having "Use IIS" selected in the below erwin Mart Configuration window, when IIS is not actually being used. If this is the case, open the erwin Mart Configuration window (as admin) and UNcheck the "Use IIS" box, and hit the Configure button again. Make sure the database connection is successful. Next, stop the Mart Server Service and restart it. Check to see if the issue is resolved.
If you continue to get the same error or a "500 error", try the below steps:
1. Stop Mart Server Service
2. Navigate to the following directory:
C:\Program Files\erwin\Mart Server r9\Tomcat64\webapps
3. Delete MartAdmin and MartServer folders (these will be regenerated when we start the service again)
4. Start the Mart Service and test to see if the issue has been resolved.
