Error Message:

Warning: Current version of erwin BUP is not compatible with the version of the erwin Mapping Manager. Please contact your application Administrator for more details.

Symptoms:

The error appears when user tries to check the BUP on the browser after deploying the WAR file and this warning message reflects where there is version conflict.

Resolution:

To resolve this error, please check the version deployed for erwin Data Intelligence Suite (Mapping Manager)

Please try with the below steps:

• Check your back-end DB (either SQL Server or Oracle) to use the same database which was created to deploy the Mapping Manager
• Update "database.properties" for BUP from the Tomcat directory and then restart the Tomcat service to check if the application is up and running.
