Error Message: “File doesn’t exist”
This error can occur if the user running Data Modeler does not have access to any directory validated when the license is applied. Therefore, need to consult with their system administrator to either apply the license or give the user the relevant permission.
The user running Data Modeler should have the following permissions:
- Read and Write access to C:\ProgramData\erwin\Data Modeler\Licensing
- Read Access to %SystemDrive%\Users\Public\Documents where %SystemDrive% can be checked on command line using the following command: echo %SystemDrive%
