The below "Unknown Erro" message may appear when saving a model to the Mart.
Most of the time this issue is due to running out of Java Memory and the issue can be resolved by increasing the 'JvmMx' from the default value of 256 to something higher like 1536.
This should be the first step taken to try to resolve this issue. Details of this solution can be found here:
However, if this does not resolve the issue, please try the following steps to redeploy the MartAdmin and the MartServer folders located in the Mart Install directory.
1. Stop Mart Server Service
2. Navigate to the following directory:
C:\Program Files\erwin\Mart Server r9\Tomcat64\webapps
3. Delete MartAdmin and MartServer folders (these will be regenerated when we start the service again) Do not rename the folders. You can take a backup of the mart server directory to keep a copy of the old martadmin and martserver folders.
4. Start the Mart Service and test to see if the issue has been resolved.
NOTE: if the above does not help please try a full uninstall and then reinstall. After uninstalling mart server, delete the Mart Server r9 directory in C:\Program Files\erwin\Mart Server r9 before you reinstall it.
