The Maintenance End Date in your erwin DM license is approaching in the time frame indicated.
First of all, please note that licenses purchased are perpetual, but Maintenance End is separate, so your product will not stop working at any time unless you have a trial or other limited subscription date for some reason.
You are getting this message for one of two reasons:
1) You did not renew your maintenance
When the message counts down to zero, it will stop appearing. You can continue to use your product, but you will not be able to upgrade to newer versions, and you will not be able to communicate with Technical Support for anything other than very simple questions. To realize the value of your maintenance contract, that of Technical Support Access and access to new releases, Contact Sales to renew your maintenance.
2) You renewed your maintenance but your Maintenance End Date was accidentally not advanced.
If you know you or your company did renew your maintenance, please open a ticket, we will check your entitlement with Sales, and we will promptly adjust your Maintenance End Date. We apologize that you have received this message but there have been some learning mistakes as we have implemented the new licensing in 9.8 and 2018 R1, and we are actively working to ensure the integrity and accuracy of all maintenance records to minimize this inconvenience.
Again, there will be no disruption of your ability to use the product, only the possibly erroneous message. If you want to end the message yourself, you can set the reminder field to "0", but please do let us know so that we can correct your records.
