Error: Could not load file or assembly
Symptoms:
Error appears when user does an Evolve upgrade, and when they tried to open the evolve site.
Solution :
As this is due to a failed upgrade process, you need to clear and retry the process from the start.
-Make a backup of the Evolve folder (as a precaution measure)
-Uninstall Evolve
-Delete the evolve folder (usually in C:\Casewise)
-Re-install evolve
It should now complete it as normal. If issue persist, please contact support: casewisesupport@erwin.com
