Using erwin Data modeler r9.8 - Anytime I try launching the application it prompts with the error message "The installed or acquired license does not support running erwin DM" and I can not even get to the original screen to re-enter the license key. How to fix that?
Please contact erwin support via https://erwinhelp.zendesk.com/ and let erwin support know the license code number. This may need to be checked internally here to rectify it. Once it is corrected, you can:
From the PC where erwin 9.8 DM is installed, go to the folder:
Delete what is in the Licensing folder and launch erwin again.
This should allow you to get to the screen where you can re-enter the license again.
