Symptoms: Error messages display when opening CMXML
To resolve this issue please ….
1, Navigate to: C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Local\Temp and do a search for CMXMLfiles,
2, Open the file and it should contain the following:
select all files and delete.
3, Navigate to: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Casewise\CMXMLFiles
you should only have 1 file in here called AppConfig, delete it
4, uninstall Casewise suite
5, Reinstall Casewise
