Upgraded from mart 9.7 to mart 9.8 when login to Mart Admin URL, get error:
Mart DB version is not compatible with Mart Server.
Please make sure re-configure mart server by going to erwin Mart Server configure window and reconnect to the database. restart the service,
If it does not resolve
Please follow below steps:
1) stop the mart server service from Control Panel
2) rename martserver and martadmin folder in C:\Program Files\erwin\Mart Server r9\Tomcat64\webapps directory
3) remove martserver service
4) recreate martserver service, and restart martserver service
5) relaunch Mart server admin URL
NOTE: another cause for this error could be the DBMS is down or not responding. You can activate the application.log file to gather more details and determine the problem cause.
