Concurrent licensing is via cloud-based license server only. Contact to the license server is made through the internet connection.
Hence concurrent licensing in 9.8 and later releases cannot be used when you are disconnected from internet.
Can we activate offline code for concurrent license code? Is internet required for concurrent licensing?
