Description: Mart Server r9.5 - I have a user who is a modeler in a collection getting the error message "The desired model XXX cannot be found, please check!"
That occurs with every model in the catalog the modeler belongs to. She is the only user having that problem. I have tried to remove and re-add her to her collection, delete and recreate her login credentials, and even raised her to an administrator on that collection instead of a modeler but nothing has resolved the issue.
Solution: The defect is fixed in erwin DM/Mart Server release 9.64 and above.
A way to workaround the problem using r9.5 is to have the user that is experiencing the error attempt to open the Mart Model from the Catalog. The user will receive the error. Have the user go to a different Catalog and attempt to open a different Mart Model - the user will receive the same error and then have the user go back to the original catalog and the desired model will then open.
