ERROR webDesignerLive.Controllers.AccountController 2015-08-04-07-57-26 – Casewise.GraphAPI.Exceptions.cwExceptionFatal: You have reached your maximum number of Contributors Users. Please contact the Administrator
Symptoms:
If there are more users assigned to a site than there are valid licenses (even if the licenses aren’t being used), when you try to logon to Evolve website it locks everyone out.
By design - Contributor licenses are not concurrent. They are named. So for example if you buy 10, you can only have 10 editors. If you allocate more than 10 editors then evolve will respond as if there are no valid licensed available.
Resolution:
If there are too many contributors in the enabled models, you can correct it by:
- Request more 502 licenses to meet the required number of Contributors.
- Or Switch some users to social
- Or delete from the site if there are unwanted users until it is at the number of licenses available.
