The main cause of this error is due to no access/role permission to the database.
Please test the database connection by:
- On the log on box, please select “Edit..” (please make sure that your database location is pointing to the correct database name)
If the connection test fails, please refer this to your SQL database administrator and make sure your connection is setup correctly inline with Casewise Suite installation guides.
