Error Message: in CA ERwin Web Portal, I click the link 'download license information' to try to open or save the hostinfo.xml file. However, that process never completes and the save or open of hostinfo.xml never occurs.
I have followed the steps in Article ID: 3555 to set up the CA ERwin Web Portal. I am on the step to click the link 'download license information'. I try to open or save the hostinfo.xml file, however, that process never completes and the save or open never occurs. It just chugs and chugs.
Please try clearing your web browser temporary internet files, history, cache, etc.
If that does not work, please try a different web browser. For example, one person had this problem with Internet Explorer 8. They were successful using Firefox 18.0 instead.
