To reset your password

Step 1:

Step 2:

Click the 'forgotten password' button

Step 3:

Enter the username for the account

Step 4:

You will see the following message on the login screen

Step 5:

Follow the instructions in the email and click the link provided

Step 6:

Create a new password for the account
